Resolution
AgentDNS
A name maps to one Agent Card. On publish the registry writes the card id, the human name, {name}.agent, and {name}.{namespace} for each discovery namespace. Lookup tries those in order, then strips a trailing .agent / .agents suffix. Later privacy routing can bind the same handle into .secret, .zano, or .xmr environments using the card's privacy block — that resolver is not in this version.
